Check the right workspace
Vibeforce and Openbook share a workspace plan. Select the workspace used for the build before comparing its Work credits display with another product. A different workspace may have a different plan and balance.
Investigate a discrepancy
Record the workspace, product, build or operation, time, provider mode and visible usage change. Distinguish a limit refusal from a run that started and later failed. Share those references with an administrator; never include provider keys or database passwords.
