Your account
What the account page shows, what you can change here, and why almost everything about you is edited somewhere else.
/account is reachable from the sidebar's Account item, from your account menu, and from ⌘K. The credit pill that used to sit in the project page's top bar is gone with the credits it showed.
Account Your profile, and where your AI settings live.
What is on it
Two cards.
AI and tokens / What you have used — one card, two rows, both linking to your organization's AI page.
Managed AI work uses the selected workspace’s work credits. Vibeforce Builder and Openbook share workspace plans. A provider key configured by your organization is billed by that provider; see plans and work credits.
The second points at the bar under the mode switch: tokens used this period, what is left, and the day the allowance turns over.
Both are links, not forms. A provider key belongs to the organization a project is filed under rather than to a person, and the allowance is measured at the Vibeforce account service rather than here. See AI configuration and The token allowance.
A credit balance and its ledger used to sit below this. Both are gone — a second, quieter copy of a number the account service owns could only ever disagree with it. Where your balance went is in What happened to credits.
Your account — the hand-off to your Vibeforce account:
Your name, your email, the devices you are signed in on and the organizations you belong to are kept once, at Vibeforce account, for every product.
Two buttons, both opening in a new tab: Open Vibeforce account (your profile) and Your organizations.
What you can change here
Almost nothing, and that is the design. Your identity belongs to the shared account, not to this product.
| Thing | Where you change it |
|---|---|
| Your name | Your Vibeforce account, under profile |
| Your email address | Your Vibeforce account |
| Your password | Your Vibeforce account |
| Your profile picture | Your Vibeforce account |
| Your signed-in devices | Your Vibeforce account |
| Your organizations and who is in them | Your Vibeforce account |
| Notification preferences | Your Vibeforce account |
| Light or dark theme | Here, in the top bar |
Changes to your name take effect in Vibeforce the next time you sign in, because your profile is refreshed from your account at every sign-in.
Why devices are not listed here
They used to be. The product's own note on why they were removed is worth repeating, because it explains the whole shape of the account page:
Devices live at Vibeforce SSO. This product used to list and end its own sessions here, which meant a "signed-in devices" list that knew about one product out of three, and a "sign out that device" that left the same person signed in next door.
Ending a device at your Vibeforce account ends its Vibeforce session with it, usually within about ten seconds.
The theme
The sun/moon button in the top bar switches between light and dark. Those are the only two options — there is no "match my system" setting.
Your choice is stored on your Vibeforce account, not in this browser, so it follows you onto your other devices and into the other Vibeforce products.
Notifications
The bell in the top bar shows your inbox. It is the shared inbox across every Vibeforce product — each item is tagged with the product it came from.
What you can do from the panel:
- See up to twelve recent items, each with a title, a body and
<product> · <time ago>. - Mark all read, which appears when you have unread items.
- Click an item to mark it read and follow its link.
- Open All notifications, every product → for the full inbox at your Vibeforce account.
The unread count on the bell refreshes every minute and when you open the panel, and caps its display at 99+.
Empty: Nothing yet.
Vibeforce itself does not currently raise any notifications. Nothing in this product — no finished build, no failed run, no allowance running out — puts an item in the bell. Everything you see there came from your Vibeforce account or another product: organization invitations, account changes and the like.
Vibeforce also sends no email.
The account menu
Your avatar, top right. Four items:
- Your name and email, as a header.
- Account →
/account - Platform admin →
/admin, only if you are one - Sign out
There is nothing else — no billing page, no settings page, no help item.
