Check the selected workspace and provider before running a build.
Managed AI builds
Work done by managed AI draws on your workspace's work credits. The amount depends on the operation and the current product accounting; a fixed prompt length does not guarantee a fixed charge. Check the workspace's displayed balance and plan terms.
Provider keys
If the organization uses its own provider, that provider bills the model calls. Verify the configured mode and model before starting. Never paste a provider secret into the build prompt or generated frontend.
Failed and interrupted work
A failed preview does not establish that no model work occurred. Inspect the build status and usage record before retrying. A refusal before work starts differs from a run that already made model calls. Do not infer a refund or zero charge from an error alone.
Control demo usage
Start with one concrete task, inspect the result, and ask for a focused change. Stop an unwanted run rather than repeatedly submitting the same prompt. Use usage history and the workspace credit display to investigate unexpected consumption.
