Shared billing
Workspace plans and work credits are shared by Vibeforce Builder and Openbook through the Vibeforce account service. They are separate from the Bookbag ecosystem. Use the current account-service administration tools available to your role and the pricing page.
Investigate before changing balances
Identify the workspace and operation involved, the configured AI provider, and the usage shown to the customer. Check whether work was refused before starting or failed after consuming model calls. Preserve existing usage records when resolving a billing issue.
